Additional work experience includes creation of the Sales Promotion and Marketing Manager position for WSYX TV (ABC); Account Supervisor for H/M/S Partners, managing all promotional aspects of the $4.7 million Proctor & Gamble national cause related marketing initiative, The Caring Program for Children; managing The Kroger Company's largest corporate sponsorship and running her own event management company.

Career highlights include creation and management of an in-house advertising agency, generating over $525,000 in net savings; leading the Easton Community Foundation in donations exceeding $2.5 million to the central Ohio community; negotiating non-paid added value media that exceeded $5,755,000; management of a promotional partnership that yielded a 26.5:1 ROI and generating an NTR stream of $770,000 in one year's time.
